WELCOME TO OUR WEBSITE Florida Christian University was founded by our late President Rev. Dr. Harold L. Shindoll, ThD, under the name Florida Theological Seminary, as the culmination of his lifelong goal and aspiration. After his death, in 1998, Mrs. Dr. Floralee Shindoll, PhD was elected President. On December 10, 1999, Mrs. Dr. Shindoll nominated the Vice-President Dr. Anthony B. Portigliatti, PhD to be elected as the President and Chancellor.
				Established in the United States since 1985, with learning centers in more than 50 countries and students all around the world, FCU is a not-for-profit, global reach institution of higher education for Christian adult learners who seek to integrate studies with their Christian lives.
